Purpose: Gives employees an understanding of why using your company’s 401(k) plan is a good idea.
Audience: Any employees who have not invested in the 401(k) or those invested in the 401(k) through automatic enrollment who have not increased their contributions.

Purpose: Enables employees to understand which 401(k) plan investments and strategies are most appropriate for achieving the financial goals they have.

Purpose: To demonstrate to those early in their career why now is the best time to save for retirement. Participants also get an understanding of how to set a retirement goal.
Audience: Anyone who wants to take charge of their financial future during the early years of their career. Geared towards employees under 40.
Mid-Career Retirement Planning (35-50)
Purpose: To teach participants how to set up a plan and stay on track for retirement without short-changing other financial goals. Participants will also learn to evaluate the tax implications of various investments, and consider the option of early retirement.
Audience: Those who understand the basics of retirement planning and guidance on making good investment decisions during the middle years of their career.
Home Stretch Retirement Planning (50+)
Purpose: To teach participants how to plan for a successful transition from work life into a comfortable and secure retirement.
Audience: For those who want to take charge of their financial future as they approach or enter retirement.
Basic Financial Planning and Organization
Purpose: Participants who complete this course will improve their ability to assume responsibility for their financial future. By participating in informative and interactive exercises, participants will develop an action plan for achieving all their financial goals.
Audience: Anyone who feels they lack basic financial knowledge and want to organize and take control of their finances.
Understanding Credit and Debt
Purpose: To teach participants how to manage credit and debt. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills required to build and maintain a good credit record.
Audience: Those employees who want to take more control of their finances. Geared towards younger participants who are interested in the best ways to build their credit and to pay off or avoid debt.
